How it works...

1. BUY YOUR WINE

Buy your wine as usual and ask your merchant to transfer your wine to your NEXUS account. At the same time advise us of your purchase by sending us a copy invoice. Many merchants will do this for you but it is crucial we receive full details of your purchase before its arrival so that we can ensure the wine is checked properly.

Let us know if you would like assistance in choosing a suitable supplier, while NEXUS will protect you from receiving poor quality stock, we would recommend only buying from bona-fide merchants.

Collectors wishing to invest large sums should take professional advice before doing so. Please contact us if you would like to be put in contact with an independent personal consultant.

2. LEAVE IT TO NEXUS

Once advised by you/your merchant of your purchase we will enter the details on our system. We will track its progress and advise you of any issues/delays. Once the wine arrives at the warehouse, our expert staff will ensure that the wine is correct and in its expected condition.

We issue consolidated invoices at the end of each month for all new arrivals.

Your cases will then be sealed, labelled with your name and racked away in a vibration-free area of one of our wine cellars.

3. PORTFOLIO STATEMENT

You will receive a full statement of your collection in January each year but stock reports are available on demand throughout the year. Merchants who work with us also provide drinking recommendations for the wines they have supplied you. We also offer an independent valuation service. Please contact us for details.
